Gravity Transformation LLC is a fitness coaching company based in Tinton Falls, New Jersey. We help people lose fat and build muscle through structured coaching programs delivered entirely online, by a team of certified coaches.
About the company
Gravity Transformation grew out of Gravity Training Zone, a personal-training gym in Manalapan, New Jersey. It was founded by Max Posternak, whose fitness education channel on YouTube, @GravityTransformation, remains the company's largest audience.
Today the business is fully remote. Clients are coached one-to-one over video and through a mobile training app, with the coaching team, support team and sales team distributed across the United States. Our primary market is the United States; clients outside it are served the same way, remotely.
We also operate First Class Labs, a sports-nutrition and supplement brand sold both directly and alongside our coaching programs.

6 Week Shred
A six-week guided fat-loss challenge — training plan, nutrition targets, and group coaching sessions. This is how most clients start with us.
DreamBody For Life
Our flagship long-term 1-on-1 coaching program. A dedicated coach, an individual training and nutrition plan, and regular check-ins over roughly thirty weeks.
Masterclass
A lower-cost group coaching program for clients who want structure and ongoing accountability without one-to-one coaching.
First Class Labs
Our supplement brand — protein, daily essentials, and training support products, shipped direct to customers.
How coaching works
A prospective client books a free online class where a coach explains our approach and the 6 Week Shred program. Clients who join are then offered a free one-to-one consultation to discuss longer-term coaching. Coaching itself is delivered through a mobile training app, where the client receives their workouts and nutrition plan and messages their coach, plus scheduled video calls for check-ins and plan adjustments.
We are not a medical provider, and our programs are not medical treatment. Clients are advised to consult their physician before beginning any new training or nutrition program.
Advertising and marketing
We advertise our own programs directly. Gravity Transformation buys media on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Google and YouTube to reach people looking for fat-loss and fitness coaching, and runs its own email programme for existing subscribers and clients. We are a direct advertiser: we do not sell advertising services to third parties, resell audience data, or act as an agency for other brands.
This domain, gravitytransformation.net, is the company's internal operations portal — the coaching, support and marketing teams use it to run the business, which is why the rest of the site requires a login. Our consumer-facing site is gravitytransformation.com.
